We are currently looking for French speakers who are interested in the Customer Experience field, are located in (or want to relocate to) Prague, CZ and who would support our stakeholders on the French market.
The Customer Experience France team are owning end-to-end customer journey and ensuring the best possible order to delivery & invoice experience of French customers in 2 scopes: On Trade (Bars/Restaurants) & Off Trade (Wholesalers/Retailers).
The team is responsible for contact with the customer and is in the center of process implementations together with plusieurinternal stakeholders: from account creation to ordering, delivery, invoicing, portfolio update, volume reporting with a focus on customer satisfaction. Our team is engaged in upselling activities, sales promo actions and automations within the scope.
